Barry is President and CEO of Oceans Financial Services, Inc based in Los Angeles, California. Barry has been helping affluent families grow their wealth in various tax efficient structures, for over 25 years.  

He has developed strategic relationships with some of the largest low-cost banking and financial institutions in the USA to provide premium finance for large insurance policies. He has considerable experience to accomplish these transactions using little of the client’s funds and mostly leveraged funds.

His personal knowledge and acumen, together with an experienced team of advanced planning experts, allows him to design and implement a tailor- made approach specific to the needs of each prospective client. 

Each client’s needs are unique and Barry’s track record of performing for them in tandem with their advisors is the only priority. Clients generally desire a combination of Wealth Preservation, Tax Free Wealth Accumulation and Generational Asset Transfer Strategies.

Barry’s clientele are wealthy families, business owners, executives and family offices. In addition Barry has for the past 10 years been V.P. Business Development for Kennedy Wilson, a publicly traded real estate firm head quartered in Beverly Hills, CA.

Barry qualified with a B.Com (Hons) CA (SA). He was formally with Arthur Andersen.

He is married with 3 children and lives in Los Angeles, CA. He is an avid squash player and golfer.
