He started as a sales closer for Dan Lok in 2018, a multiple 8-figure coach. Joel eventually rose through the ranks and became Head of Sales during his tenure. With Dan, Joel led a team of 100+ closers and generated over $45M in sales from mastermind programs, coaching programs and much more.
After leaving Dan's company in early 2022, Joel has worked with several industry leaders such as Ryan Pineda, Rudy Mawer, Peng Joon and Brandon Carter where he worked closely with them to scale their sales team to the next level.
He developed the "Automated Sales Farming" system in early 2023 after successfully testing it for years with his clients and previous company. He is now focused on all things sales and resurrecting dead leads.
Joel’s management expertise developed from over 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserve where he served as a Commissioned Officer and gained the leadership skills to succeed in the cutthroat world of high-performance sales.
