Andrew Duncan's real estate career spans 20 years and he has led the top selling real estate team in Tampa Bay for more than a decade. With over $3 billion in career real estate sales through thousands of real estate transactions, the numbers speak for themselves. He doesn't just consider himself a real estate agent, but a real estate business owner and entrepreneur. He presently owns a Tampa Bay real estate sales team with 50 team members, a fix and flip real estate investment company, a title company, and has a new focus to massively grow a national sales organization with LPT Realty as it heads towards an IPO and national expansion. He has focused on sales and marketing growth his entire career and has spent millions on local media - radio, TV, billboards, internet and his team is presently the Official Real Estate Agents of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Andrew also owns investment stakes in multiple real estate tech companies. He developed his team's Guaranteed Sales Program and has a hand in all of the company's USP's and lead generation strategies. He hosts a weekly real estate radio show on WFLA News in Tampa Bay and has been interviewed as a real estate expert by multiple local and national media outlets. In his spare time, Andrew loves playing and watching basketball. He is a former D-1 college basketball player at IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana. Andrew also has a love of motorsports, enjoys all things fast cars and takes care of his own impressive car collection. He lives on Bayshore Blvd in South Tampa and has a 20 year old daughter, Isela, that attends FAU in Boca Raton.
