I was born and raised in the working-class neighborhoods of Northeast Philadelphia. The son of an Irish Catholic longshoreman I was raised to believe in the dignity of hard work, that a man is only as good as his word, and to value friends and family above money. At a young age, I knew I was destined to be the one who would break the chains of poverty for future generations of my family. I relentlessly pursued this goal, seeking out growth through learning and challenges. I found my way into the staffing industry where I applied my blue-collar mindset and quickly found success. I built upon that success for a decade until I was ready to take the leap into entrepreneurship. In 2015 I started Meleeo with my business partner, with no outside capital, a lot of grit and determination we organically grew a fifty million dollar company in seven years achieving several milestones along the way (Inc 500 winner 2019,  Inc 5,000 winner 2020-2022, TBBJ Fast 50 three years). We successfully completed a transaction in June 2022 with a private equity-backed strategic buyer and I am looking forward to building on this success as an operator as I transition into more of an investor role.  
I am deeply driven by personal and professional development, a dedicated father, husband and Friend committed to physical health and challenging myself every day. I train MMA/BJJ, love the outdoors, read daily and am looking to find like-minded individuals to build relationships with as I embark on the next phase of my journey.
